About School of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences

The School of Psychology & Behavioural Sciences at RV University, Mysuru Campus focuses on the scientific study of human behaviour, mental processes and psychological well-being. The School aims to build strong conceptual foundations, research orientation, ethical awareness and applied understanding of psychology across individual, social and community contexts. Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the undergraduate programme integrates theory, research, experiential learning and interdisciplinary perspectives. Emphasis is placed on academic rigour, ethical practice and social relevance, preparing students for higher education, research and diverse professional pathways while contributing meaningfully to human well-being and behavioural science.

10+2 or equivalent (CBSE, ISC, IB, Cambridge, State Boards and other Govt. recognized boards). Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% in their 12th Board Exams.
